If you would like a refund or exchange, please email within 14 days of receipt of your goods.  Send your email to Sales@mrsmillerstockings.com and we will be happy to assist.  With your email, please state your order number, your reason for return and if an exchange or refund is preferred. Once we receive your email we will send you our return address. On receipt of your purchase we will happily offer you an exchange or refund provided the items are unworn and in perfect condition with the tags still attached. We will not accept returns of soiled or worn lingerie therefore please try on over your own underwear.   For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on stockings once opened.

Please return items in a secure parcel by a recorded method or request proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit.  Please note postage costs will not be reimbursed on refunded or exchanged items.

Please allow 3-4 days for your package to reach us (longer if outside of the UK) and up to 14 working days upon our receipt of your package for your exchange or refund to be issued. We do not issue refunds to a third party.

If you wish to exchange for an item that is out of stock we will inform you so that you may chose an alternative or a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
